I think "Vaporized" is one of the better comics you have ever drawn, Kris.
@ Concordes newspost:
Nice! I always hoped Star Trek would come true, but when Khan Singh failed to make an appearance in the '90's, that hope kinda dimmed. Well, at least ONE of my favorite sci-fi franchises is coming true…
Like Star Trek, You came up with a concept ahead of its time. Way to go! You have now joined with Gene in creating something that goes into actual use. For those of less geeky nature, the bridge design from the Enterprise became a starting point for the revised bridge designs now used by the Navy. And lets not forget the ever-loving Communicator/ Flip phone
Fuck Gene — Kris is the next JULES VERNE. He's not coming up with new interior decoration tips for planting asses around an important room (And flip phones? Man, those are ALREADY the past)… he's coming up with THE FUTURE.
Also, I would like to reiterate what Geech said.
They drew a jet with a spoiler. How many millions did it take? Hurray for the future, always dissapointingly similar to the past.
It reminds me of something from Thunderbirds!
Pretty cool that they're developing something we'll be able to use within the foreseeable future and something which actually serve a purpose, unlike those 'planes' which can go to the edge of space… then back down again rather than transporting people from one place to another.
'Cos, like' Concord caused so much damage with its sonic boom in all those years it was flying.
